Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst to support VA applications and lead software configuration management across cloud migrations. You will develop CM tools, establish standards, and ensure reproducible builds and deployments.

The role requires expert CM and release engineering, experience in regulated environments, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. Remote, full-time position with US-based access expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software builds and releases across environments.
• Proven ability to work in regulated or federal settings.
• Deep CM and release engineering expertise.
• Broad knowledge of development, QA, systems engineering, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Support VA applications and migrate to cloud environments.
• Develop CM tools for identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software.
• Perform CM and release tasks with documented parameters and configurations.
• Train developers on CM tools and quality practices and mentor junior staff.
