Job summary

DPR Construction in Glen Allen, VA seeks an experienced SPW Program Manager to lead self-perform work across multiple projects. You will drive cross-functional performance, align SPW execution with client objectives, and reinforce safety and quality standards on site.

You will mentor field crews, optimize labor deployment, apply rigorous safety programs, review productivity metrics, and report to executives on SPW performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 7+ years of SPW field experience.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees SPW operation and leads talent development across functions.
• Orchestrates SPW field crews and leaders; aligns with overall project strategy and client objectives.
• Coordinates cross-functional collaboration among SPW PMs, internal teams, and trades to optimize labor, equipment and materials.
• Implements and audits safety, quality, and compliance programs specific to SPW operations.
• Analyzes SPW documentation, productivity metrics, cost reports and incident trends for leadership insights.
• Represents SPW field teams in status updates, risk assessments and strategic opportunities with executives.
• Champions adoption of innovative construction technologies and process improvements within SPW operations.
