Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, safety, and quality, guiding field teams and subcontractors from start to finish while maintaining client relationships on data centers and industrial builds.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent with proven concrete self-perform experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent or similar role in construction
• Proven self-perform concrete experience on commercial/industrial projects
• Strong leadership and ability to manage diverse teams
• Excellent planning, execution, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the project from planning to completion
• Coordinate and supervise construction from development to final build
• Ensure activities align with the project plan and client terms
• Lead construction workers and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality
• Interact with clients to interpret plans and terms for staff and contractors
• Schedule workers, subcontractors, and material supplies
