Jobot is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee self-perform concrete projects in a long-established Cincinnati firm. You will lead field teams, manage logistics, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in concrete construction and 3+ years as a lead superintendent, with strong leadership and communication skills and a construction-management background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete operations.
• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and cost control practices.
