The ideal candidate will oversee concrete construction processes, lead subcontractors, and ensure project timelines are met through effective coordination with project managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction, especially commercial/industrial.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and processes.
• Experience in self-performing general contracting is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction for concrete projects (commercial/industrial).
• Coordinate subcontractors and labor to meet project timelines.
• Perform regular safety and quality inspections on site.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate progress records and report to management.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and used on-site.
