Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of methods and technology to determine construction sequencing, procurement planning, and correct submittals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the construction team and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.
• Knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and algebra; working knowledge of standard computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in writing/reviewing subcontracts and purchase orders; ensure scope and contract amounts are correct.
• Review project documents and coordinate with Architect, Owner, and trades to enable day-to-day operations.
• Maintain submittal log and expedite materials from pre-approval to delivery to meet schedule.
• Develop and maintain overall project schedule; perform site visits to verify progress and quality.
• Prepare and submit weekly timesheets and payroll records as required.
