Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in preparing and reviewing subcontracts and purchase orders; ensure scope and contract amounts are correct
• Review project documents and learn project participants to enable productive day-to-day operations
• Maintain submittal logs and ensure timely delivery of materials/equipment to meet schedule
• Develop and maintain overall project schedules and frequent site visits to monitor progress
• Assist with records, payrolls, and correspondence to ensure accurate history of the project
