Job summary
Southeast Concrete Systems Inc is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to lead large commercial and industrial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, and site execution while collaborating with field teams, clients, and trade partners.
A strong technical background in concrete, formwork, pours, and finishing, plus 5+ years of experience, is required; occasional travel is expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial concrete construction.
- Direct track record managing project budgets, scheduling, scope execution, and trade partners.
- Proven experience with contract negotiations and project buyout.
- Willingness to travel periodically, typically monthly, to support projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-value commercial and industrial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Own budgets, schedules, and site execution; drive financial and operational success.
- Coordinate with field superintendents, general contractors, and clients to optimize workflows.
- Oversee site activities to enforce quality across formwork, pours, and finishing.
- Mentor junior project staff to foster growth and operational excellence.
