Job summary

Concrete Placement LLC is seeking a seasoned Concrete Foreman to supervise on-site operations, including forming, placing and finishing concrete for commercial projects. You will lead crews, interpret blueprints, coordinate with project managers, and enforce safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction (commercial/industrial preferred).
• 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage concrete crews on-site to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Coordinate daily activities and communicate with project managers and superintendents
• Supervise all aspects of concrete placement, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing
• Maintain quality control and ensure work is done to specification
• Manage equipment, materials, and labor needs on site
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies
• Track and report progress, timecards, and potential issues
