Job summary

Commercial Contracting Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Concrete Self-Perform Services to lead large industrial and commercial projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through closeout with clients, field teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget targets, and top quality. Projects range from $30M to $150M.

Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of experience managing self-perform concrete or foundation work on large industrial/commercial projects.
• Experience with Procore, Sage 300, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Tekla.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience delivering projects through Design-Build, General Contracting, or Construction Management methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project buyouts, contract administration, change orders, estimates, and procurement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling tools.
