Job summary

Commercial Contracting Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager II - Concrete Self-Perform Services to lead industrial and commercial concrete projects. You will oversee structural concrete, foundations, formwork, rebar, and finishing while directing scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor management.

Travel may be required. Ideal candidates have strong self-perform concrete background in industrial, data center, or heavy commercial settings, with project sizes from small

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years preferred experience in self-perform concrete and industrial construction.
• Experience with project controls, forecasting, budgeting, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support procurement, change orders, and contract administration.
• Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ensure safety, quality, and financial objectives are met.
