Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial concrete projects from award to closeout.

You will develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and field teams. The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, with deep knowledge of concrete structures, RFIs, submittals, change orders and contract administration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Extensive experience managing commercial concrete construction projects.
• Experience managing structural concrete, foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and reinforced concrete.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Safety certification is a plus.
