Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex concrete construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.

You will partner with field leadership, clients, and design teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining project profitability. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale concrete projects, strong leadership, and a track record of managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience leading construction projects with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams on complex commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and change management.
• Proven leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard construction management software.
• Ability to travel to project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover and final financial reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, design teams, subs, suppliers, and partners.
• Set objectives, execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance including forecasting, cash flow, billing, and change management.
• Review costs and forecasts, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead contract administration, including review of contractual requirements and changes.
• Collaborate with field leadership to develop schedules, manpower, logistics, and sequencing.
• Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety policies.
