Christman Southeast Constructors in Knoxville is seeking a Senior Concrete Project Manager to oversee large, complex projects from preconstruction through construction, coordinating with design teams and trade contractors.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and procurement, while ensuring safety and quality. The role requires extensive construction leadership and a client-focused approach to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of work experience in construction or a related field.
• Intermediate computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary point of contact with clients and oversees all project aspects including financial management, change management, scheduling, conflict resolution and contractor relations.
• Manages the Preconstruction and Construction phases of assigned projects.
• Assists in development of project procurement documents for various delivery methods.
• Oversees the cost/change management process from start to finish for assigned projects.
• Compares client needs with contractual obligations and delivery teams to ensure quality service.
• Partners with Design Team to coordinate design packages with schedules for estimating, bidding, and construction.
