You will coordinate with GC/Owner, manage procurement, change orders, and weekly cost forecasting, and lead a team of engineers across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in project leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong planning, communication, and cost-control skills to maximize profits and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineering recommended.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and scheduling.
