Southeast Concrete Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on complex concrete projects.

You will coordinate subcontractors’ work, supervise field crews, uphold the jobsite Safety program, and ensure projects are built on time and within budget. You will collaborate with the Project Manager during preconstruction, manage schedules, and mentor assistant superintendents, with a focus on quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in elevated concrete deck/structure construction.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient with project management tools and common software.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and preconstruction activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and coordinate subcontractors’ work.
• Supervise field personnel and mentor assistant superintendents.
• Manage project schedule, budget adherence, and safety program at site.
• Participate in preconstruction planning and buyout strategy.
• Review and approve field-related cost reports and change orders.
