Job summary

Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a Commercial Concrete Project Engineer to lead and oversee complex concrete projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will ensure work aligns with plans, specs, schedule, and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on management, strong communication across field crews and office teams, and the ability to forecast operations. Travel may be needed to project sites and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of concrete installation and operations.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources for commercial concrete projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial/industrial concrete projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with General Contractors and Sub-contractors; track RFIs and procurement.
• Review project documents and submittals for accuracy; oversee safety and standards.
• Monitor project financials, change orders, and scheduling; report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, and teams; enforce company policies.
