Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a FT Lead Concierge to oversee the Concierge desk, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service for residents, families, and professionals. You will play a frontline leadership role, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality interactions across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities include directing Concierge team, handling administrative duties, and coaching on communication and problem-solving to uphold MBK’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background clearance and health screening.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and training to Concierge team members.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, relay messages and support leadership with clerical work.
• Coach on professional etiquette, active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor service quality and give feedback to maintain hospitality standards.
• Handle higher-level administrative duties and assist with events.
