Job summary

Skyline at First Hill in Seattle seeks a Lead Concierge to join our premier retirement community. You will greet residents and guests, support the Concierge team, manage schedules, and address safety concerns during daytime hours while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a concierge role, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Background checks and potential CPR certification may be required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• First aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, team members, and the public.
• Support and train Concierge staff; step in to maintain service levels.
• Assist in managing Concierge team schedule.
• Address safety and security concerns; monitor systems during daytime hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform general administrative tasks; take messages, route calls, and handle mail/packages.
