Responsabilités

• Lead a team of concierge ambassadors and act as primary liaison with the property manager.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and weekly/monthly team meetings.
• Enforce standards, SOPs, and accountability measures across the team.
• Address resident and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Support security and safety protocols and maintain professional appearance.
