Candidates should have prior concierge or front desk experience, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a professional, welcoming lobby presence at all times.
• Greet residents and guests, manage visitor access, and announce arrivals.
• Answer and route phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Handle packages, deliveries, and key control according to property procedures.
• Monitor building access and follow security protocols.
• Assist residents with requests, reservations, and general inquiries.
• Maintain logs and reports for incidents, visitors, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with property management and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and presentable.
