The St. Anthony, A Luxury Collection Hotel in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Lead Concierge/Guest Experience Supervisor to elevate personalized service and unforgettable guest moments.

The role blends concierge excellence, VIP recognition, guest relations, and cultural storytelling, requiring passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of San Antonio. Located in downtown San Antonio, a historic luxury property offering easy access to the city’s dining, attractions, and events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of San Antonio’s culture, history, restaurants and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and engage with guests to offer assistance.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, entertainment, and customized guest itineraries.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of San Antonio's restaurants, attractions, history, culture, and events.
• Coordinate services such as transportation, deliveries, and maintenance requests.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk or lobby area.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and partners to provide unique guest experiences.
