The Guest Experience & Concierge Manager serves as an ambassador of The St. Anthony's legendary hospitality, creating personalized and memorable experiences that reflect the hotel's rich history and Luxury Collection standards.

This position combines exceptional concierge services, VIP recognition, guest relations, and cultural storytelling. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about San Antonio, and committed to creating meaningful connections and unforgettable guest experiences.

Situated in the heart of downtown, overlooking Travis Park, the AAA Four Diamond, St. Anthony Hotel offers easy access to the trendy restaurants and historical landmarks in San Antonio, Texas. St. Anthony, a Luxury Collection Hotel San Antonio, opened in 1909 and has been designated a national historic site. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, proactively engaging with guests and offering assistance.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, entertainment, tours, and customized guest itineraries.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of San Antonio's restaurants, attractions, history, culture, and special events.
• Assist with reservations, directions, and special requests
• Coordinate services such as transportation, deliveries, and maintenance requests
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk or lobby area
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments
• Uphold property policies, safety standards, and confidentiality
• Develop relationships with local businesses and partners to provide unique guest experiences.
• Promote the hotel's restaurants, bars, special events, and signature programming.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Les Clef d'Or Keys (Preferred)
• 3 - 5 years of previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Previous leadership pr supervisory experience preferred
• Strong Knowledge of San Antonio's culture, history, restaurants and attractions.
• Passion for history, art, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservations software
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
