The historic St. Anthony Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, invites you to join as a Front Desk Agent in downtown San Antonio, Texas.

You will greet guests warmly, assist with registrations, and help ensure every guest experiences exceptional service throughout their stay. Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests immediately with a friendly and genuine welcome.
• Provide accurate information such as hours and local attractions.
• Process registrations and handle payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
