Qualifications

• 3–5 years of concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Les Clef d'Or Keys preferred
• Strong knowledge of San Antonio's culture, history, restaurants, and attractions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, anticipatory service and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain a visible lobby presence and engage with guests
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, entertainment, and customized itineraries
• Maintain extensive knowledge of San Antonio attractions and events
• Coordinate services (transportation, deliveries, maintenance) and handle inquiries
• Develop relationships with local businesses for unique guest experiences
• Promote hotel restaurants, bars, and signature programming
