Job summary
The St. Anthony Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Guest Experience & Concierge Manager to deliver exceptional, personalized service in downtown San Antonio.
You will lead concierge operations, recognize VIP guests, and craft memorable itineraries reflecting San Antonio's rich culture and history. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, with strong knowledge of local attractions and a flair for storytelling, ensuring guests enjoy unforgettable experiences at this Luxury
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of concierge, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of San Antonio's restaurants, attractions, history and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service and anticipate guest needs.
- Be visibly present in the lobby and assist guests proactively.
- Arrange dining reservations, transportation, entertainment, and customized itineraries.
- Maintain knowledge of San Antonio's culture, history, and events.
- Coordinate services (transportation, deliveries, maintenance) and handle inquiries.
- Promote hotel restaurants, bars and events.
