The St. Anthony, A Luxury Collection Hotel in San Antonio seeks a polished Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team.

You will support hotel and restaurant group business, prepare proposals, and coordinate client meetings, site inspections, and events, acting as a liaison across departments with professionalism and hospitality. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hotel sales, hospitality, events, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Professional appearance and guest-service focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel, restaurant, local hospitality market is a plus.
• Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or Business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries for hotel and restaurant group business.
• Assist with proposals, correspondence, presentations, and sales materials.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, group, and reservation data in hotel systems.
• Support Sales & Marketing with follow-up, scheduling, and daily admin needs.
• Assist with client meetings, sales initiatives, networking events, and special projects.
• Coordinate large-party and group restaurant reservations and promote outlets.
• Coordinate site inspections for prospective clients and groups.
• Prepare sales reports, calendars, and marketing collateral.
• Liaise between Sales, Marketing, F&B, Reservations, Front Office and other departments.
