Job summary

Enova International, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Compliance Associate in Chicago to support development and implementation of programs, policies, and practices ensuring regulatory compliance across business units.

You'll work with the Advisory team to track laws, respond to inquiries, and implement changes. The role requires strong writing and communication, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and comfort working in a hybrid in‑office schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with federal/state consumer protection laws and regulations (UDAP/UDAAP, ECOA, FCRA, TILA, TCPA).
• Ability to research and respond to compliance questions and escalate when needed.
• Experience with third-party risk management, compliance testing, risk assessments, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance efforts across business units by maintaining knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations.
• Research and assist in responding to compliance questions from business units and escalate complex matters.
• Support due diligence, third-party risk management, complaints, testing, risk assessments, and other initiatives as they arise.
• Identify compliance and operational risks and assist in root cause analysis and recommendations with Advisory team.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and Advisory team for audits, controls, and audit responses.
• Identify gaps in the program and help implement policy/process changes.
