Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking a proactive Compliance Analyst to support governance and regulatory compliance across the organization. The role reports to the Director of Compliance in Chicago, IL and follows a hybrid schedule: in office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday.

Responsibilities include assisting with program activities, due diligence, monitoring, and reporting, while maintaining organized processes and providing clear guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, risk, governance, business operations, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar tools to analyze data and prepare reports.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, research, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather and validate information and communicate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Compliance leads with program activities, including intake, review, research, monitoring, documentation, tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect information and communicate compliance requirements clearly.
• Support project management execution, including meetings, action items, and timelines.
• Manage multiple assignments with timely follow-up across compliance initiatives.
• Support policy management, training, and risk assessment activities as priorities evolve.
