Zusammenfassung

Enova International is seeking a Sr. Compliance Associate to support the development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs for lending operations. You will monitor federal and state laws, assist in audits, and help implement changes in policies with the Advisory team.

The role requires strong writing skills, organization, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Hybrid in-office schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Regulatory compliance experience in a lending industry is a plus.
• Strong exposure in implementing, training and monitoring compliance with laws and policies.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets). AI applications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support compliance efforts across business units by staying current on federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations (e.g., UDAP/UDAAP, ECOA, FCRA, TILA, TCPA).
• Research and assist in responding to compliance questions from business units; escalate complex matters as needed.
• Support compliance diligence reviews and third-party risk management activities.
• Identify compliance and operational risks and assist in root-cause analysis and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between business units and Advisory team for audits, testing, and examinations.
