Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience from start to finish.
• 3-5+ years in business operations, internal audit, or risk in regulated industry.
• Familiarity with SQL and Excel preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Scope, plan and execute end-to-end customer remediations for production issues.
• Quality control reviews of issue documentation; escalate risks as needed.
• Track milestones and SLAs; prepare status updates for management.
• Maintain NetCredit remediation policies and best practices.
• Identify improvements to task execution in issue management lifecycle.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests for audits.
