Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Business Compliance Associate within the CashNetUSA unit to monitor product compliance, plan customer remediations, and address state regulatory requirements across our portfolio.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive root-cause fixes, own the issue lifecycle, analyze data trends, and support audits. This hybrid role offers a salary range of $75,000–$100,000 with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects and documenting business processes.
• 3+ years resolving audit findings by integrating federal and state regulations into action plans.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute end-to-end customer remediations with root cause analysis.
• Own the issue management lifecycle to implement permanent fixes.
• Identify opportunities and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Identify production or compliance exceptions and resolve or escalate.
• Gain expertise in Enova products, state compliance, and payment processes.
• Create and manage compliance monitoring systems.
• Analyze customer complaint data to identify trends and improvements.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests for audits.
