Jobgether seeks a Lead Compliance Analyst to oversee LIHTC and affordable housing compliance across a regional portfolio. This remote role requires coordinating with on-site teams, managing audits, and updating housing limits within Yardi.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in LIHTC compliance, a TCS or HCCP credential, and strong analytical skills. Occasional travel to regional offices may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in LIHTC and affordable housing compliance or property management.
• Active Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation.
• Working knowledge of LIHTC, HUD programs, including HOTMA, Fair Housing requirements, and eviction laws.
• Familiarity with TRACS and EIV systems.
• Experience using compliance software and reporting platforms such as Yardi or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel periodically for regional on-site support.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor LIHTC, HUD, and applicable program requirements across the portfolio.
• Review certification, recertification, interim, move-in/out processes for accuracy.
• Conduct internal file audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate external agency audits and inspections and follow-up.
• Track audit findings and support timely resolution of deficiencies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports for agencies and systems.
• Update income limits, rent limits, and utility allowances in Yardi.
• Deliver compliance training and guidance to on-site teams and leadership.
• Interpret program requirements and respond to questions in a timely manner.
• Support development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and forms.
