Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience of five years in affordable housing compliance management.
• Proven expertise in affordable housing programs, especially LIHTC, HUD and PHA programs.
• Excellent understanding of LIHTC lease-up regulations and related rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance for assigned properties, overseeing lease-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs during property start-ups.
• Train staff on compliance-related tasks and regulations.
