CNA Insurance seeks an experienced, senior claims professional to manage the most complex Mass Tort claims with national scope from its Connecticut operations. You will assess coverage, coordinate investigations, negotiate settlements, and supervise strategy with counsel and internal partners.

The role requires a JD or related degree, at least 10 years' claims or legal experience, and a license within 90 days of hire. Candidates must excel in negotiation, leadership, and analytics.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree; JD preferred; 10 years claims or legal experience.
• Insurance Adjuster license within 90 days of hire.
• Latent injury and high-severity claims experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.

• Assess coverage obligations and prepare written determinations.
• Manage inventory of complex commercial claims with multi-year exposure.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and timely claims services.
• Set and manage reserves; coordinate settlements.
