Qualifications

• Typically, 10+ years in claims or legal with proven track record of success in high-severity exposures.
• Must obtain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess coverage obligations by analyzing policy language to draft determinations.
• Manage inventory of highly complex commercial claims with multi-year exposure.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate complex litigation with outside counsel.
• Present high-exposure matters to senior leadership and advise on settlement strategy.
• Mentor and train less experienced Claim Professionals.
