Qualifications

• Latent injury and/or high severity general liability claims experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess coverage obligations and prepare written determinations.
• Manage inventory of the most complex commercial claims with multi-year exposure.
• Drive exceptional customer service and timely claims handling.
• Lead negotiations, settlements, and coordination with counsel.
• Present high exposure matters to senior leadership.
