Qualifications

• Latent injury/high severity general liability claims experience preferred.
• Must obtain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess coverage obligations and prepare written determinations.
• Manage the most complex commercial claims with multi-year exposure.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and timely claims processing.
• Set and manage reserves based on coverage and damages.
• Lead strategy development and negotiate complex settlements and litigation.
