The role demands strategic thinking, deep coverage knowledge, and the ability to manage investigations, reserves, and recoveries, while traveling ~10–15% for mediations and client meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; law degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience handling high-exposure casualty/specialty claims or relevant legal experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, assess coverage, and pursue recoveries for high-exposure claims.
• Coordinate with counsel, experts, and vendors to obtain optimal outcomes.
• Assess coverage issues, policy forms, and regulatory requirements for casualty/specialty lines.
• Manage investigations, reserves, and communications with stakeholders.
• Present complex claims to leadership and clients; monitor progress and strategy.
• Travel 10–15% for mediations, conferences, and meetings.
