Qualifications

• 8+ years of Commercial/Industry claims experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Advanced experience in litigation claims management including ADR and mediation process.
• Property and Casualty licenses required, must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and disposition complex 3rd party property and casualty claims.
• Review coverage under Excess CGL and auto policies and guide litigation strategy.
• Direct litigation, attend mediations and trials, assess liability and damages, and set reserves.
• Present disposition recommendations to senior management.
