Qualifications

Experience in operational management and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train and supervise operations support associates across multiple branches.
Manage hiring/termination of financial advisors and trainees.
Oversee performance management, reviews and salary discussions.
Monitor staffing, workload, and cross-training to ensure efficiency.
Coordinate registrations, licensing and continuing education for associates.
Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies.
Participate in expansion ventures like satellites or new branches.
Control expenses and assist in budgeting and revenue monitoring.
Fulfill Complex Manager duties when required.
