Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six years’ experience in the financial services industry, including related operational, administrative management and supervisory experience.
• Licenses: SIE required; Series 7, 9 & 10; Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state; ability to obtain additional registrations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, trains and supervises operations support associates in multiple branches.
• Manages hiring/termination of financial advisors and trainees and their transitions.
• Performs performance management, appraisals and salary reviews; maintains associate files.
• Monitors staffing, workload and cross-training to maintain efficiency.
• Executes staff meetings at multiple branches; coordinates licenses and CE.
• Maintains records of complaints and ensures filings are complete.
• Assists with complex branch expansion and moves; oversees facility issues.
