Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager to shape CI strategy across data security, privacy, and AI security. You will translate research into guidance to sharpen positioning and messaging, supporting win/loss efforts across the business.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build tools, resources, and training that help our organization compete more effectively. Remote, US-based candidates only with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Competitive Intelligence within a B2B environment.
• 3+ years in data security posture management, privacy management, or AI security with market awareness.
• Hands-on SaaS/data security experience and quick learning of new technologies.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with customer-facing document creation.
• Strategic thinker with solid research skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in CI, Marketing, Software Eng, PM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive CI adoption for data trust use cases and expand coverage into new markets.
• Define competitor coverage, resource allocation, and competitive strategies.
• Research competitor technologies and translate findings into actionable intelligence.
• Develop and maintain competitive messaging and a competitive take-out strategy.
• Build and maintain CI AI chatbots and applications.
• Support win/loss programs to improve competitive positioning.
• Train stakeholders on competitive insights and tools to differentiate the organization.
