Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager to expand coverage of markets and competitors in the DataAI security space, delivering actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing and Leadership.

You will own CI strategy, define competitor coverage, build CI messaging and AI chatbots, and enable cross-functional teams worldwide to win in highly competitive opportunities. This role requires 5+ years in CI and strong data/security domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Competitive Intelligence in a B2B environment.
• Experience in data security posture management, data governance, or AI security is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive adoption of Competitive Intelligence for DataAI trust use cases and extend coverage to next markets.
• Define which competitors to cover, resources to provide, and strategies to implement based on market needs.
• Research competitors' technology, positioning, pricing, strengths and weaknesses, and turn findings into actionable strategies to win.
• Develop and maintain competitive messaging, resources, and take-out strategy.
• Build and maintain Competitive Intelligence AI chatbots, agents, and applications.
• Support the win/loss analysis program.
• Train stakeholders on competitive insight and tools, and help Sales differentiate Veeam in opportunities.
• Support Marketing, Pricing, Product, and Executives with competitive analyses and alert leadership to opportunities and threats.
