Ladders is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to define and drive the enterprise security vision for a SaaS business operating in a highly regulated environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years in information security, preferably SaaS or regulated environments.
• 5+ years in senior leadership such as CISO or Deputy CISO.
• Experience with HIPAA and healthcare data protection regulations.
• Proven track record in security risk assessments and incident responses.
• Familiarity with AI security and governance frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
