Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager to expand coverage of data and AI security markets and support global stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Executives.

You will own competitive insights, define target markets, research competitors, develop messaging, and build CI AI chatbots and tools to improve win rates across opportunities worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in CI, including 3+ years in a B2B company.
• 3+ years in data security posture management, data access governance, privacy management, or AI security.
• Hands-on technical and product experience with SaaS or software, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinking and strong research methodology with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive adoption of Competitive Intelligence for DataAI trust use cases and expand coverage to new markets.
• Define which competitors to cover, resources to provide, and competitive strategies based on market needs.
• Research competitors' technology, positioning, pricing, strengths and weaknesses; turn findings into actionable intelligence.
• Develop and maintain competitive messaging, resources, and take-out strategy.
• Build and maintain Competitive Intelligence AI chatbots, agents, and applications.
• Support win/loss analysis programs and alert leadership to opportunities and threats.
• Train stakeholders on competitive insight and tools to help Sales differentiate Veeam in competitive opportunities.
• Support Marketing, Pricing, Product, and Executives with competitive analyses.
