Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of compensation-focused experience in design and execution.
- Proficiency with market benchmarking tools and financial modeling.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic compensation partner to executives and HR partners.
- Lead complex pay decisions and the annual compensation cycle.
- Identify process improvements and coordinate implementations with stakeholders.
- Coach junior team members on compensation analysis and stakeholder communication.
- Communicate compensation concepts clearly to executive stakeholders.
