Lifepoint Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation to design, administer and support compensation programs that align with business goals and talent objectives. You will analyze data, provide strategic guidance, and influence long-term compensation strategy for HR leaders and partners.

You will lead large projects, monitor market trends, and collaborate with HR colleagues to implement structures and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–5 years of compensation/rewards experience; healthcare compensation preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation strategy and administration for the organization.
• Provide direct support to Lifepoint stakeholders.
• Monitor external competitive compensation practices, trends and benchmarks through independent research and networking.
• Lead and consult on large, complex special projects as required.
• Conduct compensation analyses including market pricing, job leveling, gap analysis, financial estimates, incentive calculations, scorecards, and exception reporting.
• Participate in the design and implementation of compensation structures, premium pay policies, and assessments.
• Educate and partner with HR colleagues on compensation programs.
• Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners for job evaluation processes.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
