Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to join the Global Compensation team. You’ll translate business priorities into market-informed compensation strategies for global groups, including Manufacturing, Future Forward, and the Chief Medical Office.

You’ll design salary structures, equity programs, and executive compensation, lead complex projects, and mentor others—on a role that blends analysis, governance, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant compensation, Total Rewards, HR, or business advisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of market pay practices, internal equity, governance, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into compensation strategies and solutions for global client groups.
• Develop salary structure design, compensation planning, equity programs, and executive compensation.
• Communicate, train, and deliver compensation programs to aligned client groups.
• Lead complex HR and compensation projects and provide executive-ready recommendations.
• Coach and mentor compensation team members and apply AI-enabled tools responsibly.
