This role partners with executive teams to balance business needs with pay equity, benchmarking, and cost considerations, building trusted relationships and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in compensation or HRBP roles.
• Strong ability to design incentive plans, salary structures, and job architecture.
• Proven business acumen and ability to influence pay decisions.
• Analytical skills including benchmarking and financial modeling.
• Experience framing compensation options for executives and driving decisions.
• Experience aligning HR and leadership teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive teams to drive the compensation agenda.
• Design total compensation and job management approaches to hire, develop, and retain talent.
• Lead scalable compensation programs and cycles, including incentives and salary structures.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics to deliver solutions.
• Use analytics and AI to model pay decisions and business cases.
• Establish governance so programs scale beyond a single project.
• Improve pay competitiveness and retention metrics.
